Where : On any of the fine mixed routes in the Remarkables Range Queenstown New Zealand
Trip Details
Trips depart at 7.30am from Queenstown and return by 6pm. The mixed climbing season is Mid May to November
What we Supply
All climbing gear including
- crampons
- harness
- ice axes
- climbing boots
- helmet
- ropes
- all climbing saftey equipment
- you can fill in the gaps of gear that you don't have or may have left at home
- Transport is supplied and there is no charge
What to Bring
- You own climbing gear
- Excellent fitness is essential
- some prior ice climbing experience is required
Guide/Instructor Safety
Your guide is well versed in the skills of mixed climbing and is a member of either the NZMGA or NZOIA or an overseas equivalent body e.g. (BMGA).We adhere to strict snow safety guidelines
Trip Cost
- one person $600
- two people $450 per person
